Kirk brings a wealth of experience and a strong passion for agriculture and our community. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education & Leadership from the University of Illinois and has been a familiar face at Champaign County Farm Bureau for many years.
Since 2015, Kirk has served as Executive Director of the Champaign County Farm Bureau Foundation, where he has provided leadership in advancing agricultural education, expanding fundraising efforts to support scholarships and grants, and growing our Ag in the Classroom program. Prior to his role with the Foundation, Kirk served as Assistant Manager of Champaign County Farm Bureau from 2007–2010.
Kirk is deeply involved in the agricultural community and currently volunteers with organizations including the Mahomet-Seymour FFA Alumni & Supporters, FarmHouse Fraternity, the Parkland College Agriculture Advisory Committee, and the University of Illinois College of ACES Alumni Association. He is also actively involved with his family’s farm in McLean County.
Kirk has been an important part of Champaign County Farm Bureau for many years, and we are excited to see him take on this new role as Manager. We look forward to the experience, leadership, and relationships he will continue to bring to our members and agricultural community.
