WOMEN’S COMMITTEE RECIPE OF THE MONTH Submitted by Carol Froeschl Corn Bread Salad Ingredients 2 boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix ½ C. sugar 4 eggs 1 C. Mayonnaise ½ C. Sweet pickle juice 1 small onion (chopped) 1 Green pepper (chopped) 2 tomatoes (cut up) Preparation Mix muffin mixes with sugar & eggs. Bake as directed on box.
