Registration is now live for a first responder grain bin safety class sponsored by the CCFB, and participants can sign up using the link HERE.
Training Details:
Location: Philo Fire Department
Dates & Times (all sessions are mandatory):July 10–12, 2026
Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
July 17–19, 2026
Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
Duration:  40 hours (two consecutive weekends)
Meals: Meals will be provided each day  
All sessions are mandatory for course completion.  
This course is designed for first responders, who will receive OSHA certification upon completion. Local farmers are encouraged to attend as observers during the training. If you or members of your department are interested, we encourage you to register as soon as possible, as class size is limited.If you have any questions, feel free to contact our office at 217-352-5235.
